Dental Crowns
A dental crown is a tooth-shaped restoration placed over damaged enamel. It simultaneously protects and strengthens weakened teeth and prevents any structural issues from becoming worse. And with natural-looking materials like zirconia, porcelain, or EMAX, the final result blends seamlessly into the rest of the smile.
Typically, the process to receive a crown requires two appointments. First, the tooth is shaped to provide a secure base for the crown. Then, a digital impression is taken, 100% putty-free! A temporary is placed over the tooth, and a week or so later, the patient returns to have the crown seated into place. From there, it should look, feel, and function like the real thing.

Every tooth-colored filling is painstakingly color-matched to a patient’s enamel, allowing the resin to basically disappear and not stand out. But it does much more than that—it replaces the enamel affected by decay, seals the tooth off from infection, and does a much better job NOT conducting heat compared to traditional metal fillings (which reduces sensitivity).
