First Visit

When you arrive, our team will confirm your insurance and make sure your new patient forms have been filled out. Your dental hygienist will take you back to a treatment room and introduce themselves before reviewing your health history and getting a list of medications you’re taking. They’ll ask you about your chief complaint that brings you in as well as anything you are looking forward to addressing in the future, allowing us to tailor your care. Our team will then capture X-rays and complete a thorough regular dental cleaning (in the absence of periodontal disease).

Finally, Dr. Wiggs will come in to complete a thorough examination and introduce himself. He will take the time to address any of your concerns and questions, as well as go over his findings and treatment recommendations with you. Our front desk team will schedule your next visit or any needed procedures with you before you leave our office.
